Design Process

Analysis

At the start of a project,

I meet with stakeholders and subject-matter experts to discuss the need for training, target audience, and desired behavior changes. Once needs have been identified, source content is gathered and analyzed.

Design

During the design phase,

I write a design document, where I list measurable learning objectives and outline the course content. I then create a storyboard and voiceover script. As necessary, I also plan for other deliverables, such as job aids and facilitator guides.

Development

Once the design is approved, I develop an engaging, interactive training course using industry-trending authoring tools. A high standard of quality ensures that the training meets learning objectives and achieves desired outcomes.
